The Hut in the Glade

Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a booking form and the £100 deposit. (Non Refundable & Non Transferable except for force majeure)

The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday, failure to make the final payment may result in the cottage being re-let.

Once the final payment is received, you will be informed of arrival instructions.

CANCELLATION: The full cost of your holiday will be payable in the event of cancellation within four weeks of your holiday, should the cottage be re-let then your money will be refunded less the deposit as stated elsewhere.

We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourselves

No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to visitors property.

The owners or their representative shall be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time during occupancy.

All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and their loss shall be refunded on demand, however minor breakages will not normally be charged if small and reported.

In NO circumstances may more than the maximum number of (2) persons stated occupy the cottage.

Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if the condition is not observed.

Bookings are only accepted on condition that the holiday maker will not claim compensation for loss of holiday should the owners have to cancel the booking in which case the deposit will be returned in full.

Please note the accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of the booking with a £100 deposit per week. Payment of balance is due one month before arrival

The key will be available from 4.30pm for arrival

Departure: The cottage must be vacated no later than 10 am on departure day.

All bedding and towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own towels for beach use.

Electricity and heating are inclusive.

The cottage is strictly no smoking and No dogs or pets.

Any guests found breaking the rule will be asked to leave.
